This was a little too simple for us.

We wanted to dive a little deeper into the nitty gritty of these success habits and uncover some that aren't as surface level...

So we did a deep dive into podcasts, articles and books from some of the most inspiring, highly respected, self-made millionaires like Warren Buffet, Tony Robbins, Will Smith, Arianna Huffington, Dean Graziosi, Sara Blakely, Bill Gates, and complied an overlapping list of the success habits designed specifically from these trailblazers.

Among these truly successful entrepreneurs, the single biggest secret is this: habits will make or break your trajectory to success.

Who knows maybe you're already a millionaire in the making?

"The path to success is to take massive, determined action." - Tony Robbins

Habit 1: Productive hours

The biggest misconception about the habits of millionaires is that they all work around the clock. This could not be further from the truth.

The average millionaire only works three hours a day. This is because they have learned how to leverage their productivity during those working hours.

Some of these millionaire success habits that can lead to a more productive and fruitful day would be:

1. They experiment with their "best" or "golden" hours.

Millionaires are masters at analyzing data; the most important data of all is their own.

They keep close tabs on when they feel the best [among other metrics] which leads to them curating their perfect schedule.

Creating and following their own schedule is one of the most important habits of millionaires.

By doing this, they are able to make the most of their time and get more done in a shorter period of time.

2. They take breaks

Contrary to popular belief, taking breaks is actually one of the best ways to increase productivity.

Millionaires know this and take regular breaks to rejuvenate themselves.

Pro Tip: find out what type of person you are! Are you a lark? Early to rise and early to bed? Are you night owl? Late to rise and gets their best work done in the later hours?

Action Item: start to play with your bedtime and wake hours [making sure you're scheduling 7-8 hours of rest in between]. Choose a timing for one week and then switch to another for the next week and so on and so forth.

It took me about 5 weeks to find my golden hours and that sweet spot of when going to bed and waking was optimal.

Habit 2: Time management

Millionaires are experts at time management. Their brains are hardwired to mentally prioritize tasks and shed the tasks that do not move their needle forward that day.

They are often successful because they have habits that help them manage their time and resources effectively and stick to their daily routines. Some of these habits include:

1. Planning: time blocking their calendar in advance

2. Prioritizing: choosing only the tasks of importance and relevance to accomplish despite their difficulty.

3. Outsourcing: knowing how to prioritize their work in order to achieve their goals is step 1. Step 2 is the ability delegate or outsource the rest of work when their attention is required elsewhere.

Pro Tip: use your calendar and schedule everything and anything that's a priority for you and your business.

Action Item: map out your daily routines and find how you can integrate those in a mindful way to your schedule by time blocking, prioritizing and possibly outsourcing some tasks.

You may be surprised to find there will be areas where you are able to reshape daily routines [i.e. checking email first thing in the morning, grabbing the grocery after work, etc] from the tasks that aren't serving your valuable time or wallet, to routines that will allow you to maximize your time and effort.

Habit 3: Seeking Failure

Most people never seek out failure, but a success habit like this can help set you up to unlock your own massive potential within yourself. And fast.

Millionaires know that in order to learn and grow, you have to be willing to fail. By seeking out opportunities to fail, this hard won wisdom can position yourself for greater success down the road.

We so often see only the tip of the iceberg: the success.

What we fail to see is all the time, efforts and failures forward to where they are today.

Pro Tip: take inventory of your past failures. Reflect and review the lessons that these failures have taught you.

Action Item: plan to do one thing that scares you, and that you could "fail" at this week. #FailForward

Habit 4: Millionaires never stop learning

You'd think once you reach a certain level or status you could simply coast and enjoy the good life.

It's a well-known fact that the more educated you are, the more successful you're likely to be. However, this doesn't mean that you have to have a remarkable education at some elite school.

One reason why this is so important is because our world is constantly changing.

The knowledge that was useful just a few years ago may now be out of date. By continually learning new things, you'll be able to stay ahead of the curve and achieve even greater success.
